Every order placed before 1pm is generally shipped the same day. Orders placed after 1pm ship the next business day. Perfect for an upcoming event (gifts, birthdays…). Free shipping on orders over $35, otherwise $2.99 flat rate.

Large formats, custom kits made from your photo, and certain specific products are made or shipped to order only. Shipping is always free, no minimum order.

How to spot them?
On the product page, you'll see the blue label "Shipped from our workshop" or "Made to order, shipped from our workshop".

Protection for large formats: all large formats up to 32"×40" are shipped rolled in a protective tube. Only the 36"×48" canvas is folded for logistical reasons. It'll regain a smooth look after a quick ironing.

What happens after your order?

Right away Email confirmation

You get a confirmation email with your order summary. Double-check your shipping address: you can still reach out to us to fix it.

Same day or next day Preparation & shipping

Every order from our USA stock placed before 1pm ships the same day. After that, it goes out the next business day. For products made to order, our workshop kicks off production as soon as your order is confirmed.

At shipment Tracking email

You get an email with your tracking link. For products made to order, the tracking may stay quiet for several days during international transit: totally normal.

On delivery Your kit is waiting

Open the box, get comfortable, and start creating. If something's off, missing piece, damaged package, wrong item, email us at support@figuredart.com. We'll take care of it right away.

Returns & Refunds

You have 14 days from delivery to return your item, unopened and in its original packaging.

Reach out first at support@figuredart.com: we'll send you the right return address. Return shipping is on you, unless it's our mistake.

✓ Quality guaranteed Defective item or our mistake

Damaged package, wrong item, missing piece: email us at support@figuredart.com with photos if possible. Our team gets the situation right away and gets you a solution, fully on us.

If a package is confirmed lost, we'll resend your order on us. Our team checks the status of all packages in transit daily to catch any holdups and act proactively, before you even have to reach out.

Once we receive and inspect your return, the refund is processed within 5 business days to your original payment method. We'll send you a confirmation email.

Heads up: custom kits made from your photo are created just for you and can't be refunded. If there's any issue, we'll send a new kit or the missing pieces on us.

From our USA stock: updates are frequent, often daily. Delivery happens within 1-4 days.

From our workshop: delivery takes 10 to 21 days. During this window, it's normal not to see updates for several days, that's the international transit time before the local carrier takes over. No updates doesn't mean your order is lost. Your kit is on its way, and we stand by that.

Our team checks all packages in transit daily. If your tracking hasn't updated in over 10 days and your order was placed more than 3 weeks ago, email us at support@figuredart.com.

Pick a kit with the ✅ USA Stock: Delivery in 1-4 days badge: you'll get it within 1-4 days of shipment, perfect if your event date is coming up.

If you want a large format, a custom kit or any other made-to-order item, order it at least 3 weeks before your date, so you can relax and enjoy the wait without stress.

If all the products you ordered come from our USA stock, or all from the same workshop (we have several depending on product categories), they'll ship in a single package. For a mixed order with both stock items and items shipped from our workshops, you'll get multiple separate packages, each with its own tracking link. You can follow them on our Order Tracking page.

Running short on paint? Don't worry, we've got you. Email us at support@figuredart.com with your order number and, if possible, a photo of the kit and the color reference sheet (the sheet with the pot numbers) specifying which numbers are missing. We'll resend the matching pots free of charge.
