We offer FREE worldwide shipping for all orders dispatched from our workshop. For orders shipped from our California warehouse that have the green label "USA Stock: Delivery in 1-4 days", delivery is free for orders over $35. For orders under $35, there is a shipping fee of $2.99.

Order Processing
All orders are shipped within 24 hours, and we try our best to offer same day shipping.

Shipment and Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking information. The tracking link allows you to monitor the status of your package throughout its journey.

Delivery Times
We are proud to be a USA-based company with a warehouse in Los Angeles, California. This allows us to provide fast and reliable shipping for products that are in stock in the USA.

- USA Stock: Products displaying the green label "USA Stock: Delivery in 1-4 days" indicate that the specific size/format is available in our California warehouse. Expect delivery within 1-4 days across the USA. For international addresses, such items ship from our workshop.

- Custom Kits & Large Formats: Products with a blue label are made-to-order and will be shipped directly from our workshop. The typical delivery time for these ranges from 1 to 3 weeks. All canvases are shipped rolled, never folded. For the largest sizes, we employ a carrier specialized in handling extended length packages, ensuring the safe delivery of your kits.

Multiple Shipments and Tracking Numbers
For larger orders, you may receive multiple shipping notifications, each with its own tracking number. All products shipped from our USA warehouse have specific packaging for each single product. When shipping from our workshop, in some instances, we might consolidate two canvases into one box. This approach not only saves space but also allows us to ship all your products in a single parcel, thereby minimizing the risk of orders getting lost in transit.

Unforeseen Delays
Although we make every effort to meet delivery timelines, certain circumstances beyond our control, such as extreme weather conditions, customs clearance delays, or transport issues, may impact delivery times. Rest assured, we maintain regular communication with all carriers to monitor and address any potential delays.

Lost Packages
In the unlikely event that your tracking information indicates no updates for more than a week and the package appears to be lost during transit, please contact our customer support team. All orders are monitored by our logistics team on a daily basis. In case of lost package during transit, we will promptly reship your order at no additional cost to you.

Undelivered Packages
If your package status is "delivered" but you haven't received it, please notify us promptly. If a carrier's delivery attempt fails due to your absence, your package might be at the local post office. It's crucial to collect your package swiftly to prevent returns. Please be informed that we can't refund orders that are delivered by the carrier but uncollected. For packages returned due to incorrect or incomplete addresses, any redelivery fees will be the customer's responsibility. While we strive for secure deliveries, we can't replace packages stolen post-delivery. Please ensure someone is available for receipt to reduce such risks.

Holiday Orders
During peak holiday seasons, shipping carriers may experience higher volumes, leading to possible delays. To ensure timely delivery, we recommend placing holiday orders in advance.

Special Arrangements
If you are purchasing multiple paint by number or diamond painting kits and require individual boxes for each kit, especially when they are intended as gifts, please inform us immediately after placing your order so we can make the necessary arrangements. Our USA Stock collection is perfect for gifting as we offer fast delivery and all kits have individual boxes.
